ECU for non-turbo 900 classic?

sorry for writing in english, since my dutch is not well at all.

i'm wondering if the 900 non-turbo in Benelux has a different ECU as in Germany. My 900 has 93kW, the belgian and dutch i saw during search for one to buy always have 96kW. I wonder if I can just swap the ECU, better the EPROM inside and have some 5 PK more ?

BTW. Is anyone interested in an US-900 non-turbo, black with chrome with some rust-problems in the hood ?
