9-3 t 1999 condensor vervangen handleiding

Bericht door Digdug » vr 10 aug, 2018 21:25

Hallo mede forummers.

Groeten, wouter

Vond ergens de volgende procedure:
(https://www.saabcentral.com/forums/show ... ics/214814)

Done this job, takes 30-45min, had a salt truck back in to me.
Replace the o-rings on the condenser fittings as well.
Remove the Grill. (2) Snap Clips.
Remove the Headlamps & Marker lamps. (4) screws each side (1) retaining Marker lamp (3) retaining headlamp (2) on top, (1) on side, 8mm socket. (1) plug each headlamp, (2) plugs each marker lamp. Remove marker lamps first, they hide the 3rd screw on the headlamps, located outboard and low on the lamp. Marker lamps unscrew from headlamp and slide forward then out to the sides.
Remove the plastic shielding under and in the wheel wells attached to the bumper.
Disconnect outside air temp sensor (if so equipped) from the front bumper. (center of bumper, look down under where the grill was)
Remove Front Bumper. (2) Long hex head bolts from the top, easy to see. (Take care and note of the plastic blocks inside each end of the bumper and how they slide forward/backward and lock into the sheet-metal of the car) Don't forget to disconnect the rubber lines to the headlamp washers! (chances are the bumper will be a tight fit in the bracket, a small prybar or a large flat-head screwdriver can help)
Remove the Inter-cooler, (2) 10mm socket screws on either end, installed from the bottom and two hose clamps, 7mm socket.
Remove the 10mm nuts from the fittings on the lines to the condenser.
Remove the (2) 8mm socket screws from the lower left and right sides of the condenser. Lift the condenser up out of the tangs on the radiator. An remove. ***Take care of the tangs on the radiator. Do not be a gorilla, the end-caps on the radiator are plastic that is old and brittle!!!***
Reinstall in reverse order.
Do not use anything metallic to remove the old o-rings from the fittings, the aluminum is soft and easily marred, use something nylon or wood. Or if you have steady hands, use a dental pick to pierce and stab the old o-ring and pull it off. But don't mar the aluminum!

Dat lijkt me de juiste procedure. Ik ga het gewoon proberen :)

Inmiddels gefixed. Dit is inderdaad de way to go.
